Where is lakeside located?
Lakeside is located in the already established Millican Reserve community in College Station, Texas and can be via Wellborn Road.
Who is the home builder in the community?
Kept Classic Homes will be the exclusive builder of the first 60+ lots in the Lakeside Community.
What size homes are available?
A handful of custom floor plans, ranging from 1,500 – 2,200 square feet, will be available on various lot sizes, allowing for clients to build the home of their dreams.
What amenities are included?
Lakeside residents will be able to use all amenities included at Millican Reserve: Private lake, Clubhouse, Trails, Boat House, Community Garden, and involvement in community events. A full list of Millican Reserve amenities can be viewed here.
Within the Lakeside community, we have plans for a private clubhouse that will be available for residents only. This space will include a private room available for events, a pool, pickleball court, and more! Residents will also have access to extensive walking trails throughout the entire community.
When will construction begin?
Construction of the Lakeside community is scheduled to begin in mid 2024.
